You know you live in a place that doesn't get a lot of snow when they cancel all public schools at seven the night before from the threat of possibly an inch of accumulation.

Right now, it is 9:30 am, and there hasn't been a single snowflake. In face, the temperature is 36.

If more than an inch falls today, it will be the 4th snowiest January day ever at the Wilmington airport (accoring to the Weather Service Records, as relayed by Star News Online).
